At Amber - School of the Future, Bridget leads with heart and a clear vision that childhood should be full of wonder, wellbeing and purpose.
With 15 years in early childhood leadership and a Master’s in ECE, she designs meaningful, sensory-smart environments where children feel seen and empowered.
As part of the founding team, she shaped Amber as a sanctuary for growth: curiosity celebrated, wellness woven into daily rhythms, learning through discovery and trusting relationships.
Her collaborative, creative leadership lifts educators to bring their best. Above all, she champions joyful, confident children whose individuality and potential are honoured—every day.

At Amber, every child is seen as wonderfully individual. We design learning around the different ways children focus, communicate and grow, treating emotional intelligence and life skills as part of the core curriculum. Our programme blends strong foundations in literacy and numeracy with play, mindfulness and purposeful projects, building the self-awareness, adaptability and curiosity children need to thrive in a changing world.

Founded by entrepreneurs and educators, Amber is led by a centre leadership duo with 25+ years’ experience across top Singapore preschool networks.
Their practice is Reggio-inspired and deeply child-centred, with a focus on calm routines, strong family partnerships and thoughtful documentation.
Our educators receive protected planning time, coaching and professional development, because when teachers thrive, children flourish.

Bridget Kang
Gold – Principal of the Year (2024).
Over 15 years, Bridget has led teams within Singapore’s top preschool networks (EtonHouse; PCF Sparkletots). She holds an MEd (Practitioner Specialisation) and a BSc in Early Childhood Education & Leadership Studies (Wheelock College).
Reggio-inspired, deeply inclusive, and known for calm, well-run centres and strong family partnerships.
Curriculum Director / Partner
Jos
8+ years experience across top-tier Singapore preschools; B.Ed (Early Childhood). Champions open-ended materials, authentic experiences and bilingual inquiry.
She will lead Amber’s Reggio inspired and Mind/Body/Soul framework, integrating academic readiness with social-emotional growth and wellbeing so that every child’s potential is unearthed and futures are boundless.

Cassandra Riene
A serial entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling purpose-driven brands across F&B, wellness, and lifestyle.
Today, she channels that expertise into reimagining what early education can and should be. Recognised by Prestige Singapore’s 40 Under 40, Business Times, Vulcan Post, Yahoo, Pin Prestige and Icon Singapore, Cassandra has a track record of creating meaningful experiences that resonate deeply with people and communities.
As a mother of two, she understands the hopes and concerns of modern parents– from preparing children academically to nurturing their social-emotional growth in an uncertain, fast-changing world.
