At Amber – School of the Future, Hailey leads with the belief that the best educators not only guide children, but remain open to learning from them too.

With a decade in early childhood education and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College at Boston University, she brings experience across Singapore and the United Kingdom.
​
Having been part of the pioneer team at a renowned preschool in Singapore, before being seconded to London to help establish a new international school, Hailey brings a broad perspective on building thoughtful, child-centred learning environments and strong school communities.

At Amber, every child is seen as wonderfully individual. We design learning around the different ways children focus, communicate and grow, treating emotional intelligence and life skills as part of the core curriculum. Our programme blends strong foundations in literacy and numeracy with play, mindfulness and purposeful projects, building the self-awareness, adaptability and curiosity children need to thrive in a changing world.

Our Founding
Team
Founded by entrepreneurs and educators, Amber is led by a centre leadership duo with 20+ years’ experience across top Singapore preschool networks.
Their practice is inquiry-based, project focused and deeply child-centred, with a focus on calm routines, strong family partnerships and thoughtful documentation.
Our educators receive protected planning time, coaching and professional development, because when teachers thrive, children flourish.
Centre Director / Principal
Hailey Yeo
A graduate of Wheelock College at Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, Hailey brings a decade of experience across Singapore and the United Kingdom.
​
She began her career in Singapore at a renowned preschool, before being seconded to London, where she joined the founding team of a new international school – helping to shape its learning environments, curriculum and school community from the ground up.
​
Building school communities across two countries has shaped Hailey’s approach to education today. She believes deeply in creating environments where children feel safe enough to explore, confident enough to ask questions, and supported enough to try again when things don’t go as planned.
Curriculum Director / Partner
Joscelin Loo
8+ years experience across top-tier Singapore preschools; B.Ed (Early Childhood). Champions open-ended materials, authentic experiences and bilingual inquiry.
She will lead Amber’s Reggio inspired and Mind/Body/Soul framework, integrating academic readiness with social-emotional growth and wellbeing so that every child’s potential is unearthed and futures are boundless.

Cassandra Riene
A serial entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling purpose-driven brands across F&B, wellness, and lifestyle.
Today, she channels that expertise into reimagining what early education can and should be. Recognised by Prestige Singapore’s 40 Under 40, Business Times, Vulcan Post, Yahoo, Pin Prestige and Icon Singapore, Cassandra has a track record of creating meaningful experiences that resonate deeply with people and communities.

As a mother of two, she understands the hopes and concerns of modern parents– from preparing children academically to nurturing their social-emotional growth in an uncertain, fast-changing world.
